Pain in feet
I have pain in my left feet since last one week. It pains terrible when I stand for me than half n hour or drive car in traffic. I am over weight with 80 kg for 5.3 inch hight. Please let me know it's reason and cure. I have attached my feet pic with Mark to show exact area where it is paining. Thank you!

Looks like plantar fascitis! It's when tendons and ligaments in your sole are not healthy and start paining. You might also be low in vitamin D! Either way take injection vitamin d course and you will be better and these ligaments will heal.
