Pain in feet

Asked for Male, 38 Years

I had a shard of glass go through my feet a few years back,the glass piece was pulled out initially and the wound had dried up.Of late for the past three months or so the area which is right behind the my little toe finger has swelled up a bit and walking hurts.I have to bend my foot a bit and walk to relive preassure off that area which hurts the muscle of my leg as well.a small part sorrounding the are is pus filled.Putting preassure on my foot to even walk hurts.I've been applying T bact ointment on it and that temporarily relives me of the pain but the pain reoccurs when i walk again.Can you please tell me what to do about this?I recently got a sugar test done and both my fasting/PP levels are under control.
