Wether it was vaginal or ceserean delivery will help in better understanding. Pain in epigastrium is mostly due to indigestion, gastritis and might point towards gall stone. Which is quite prevalent in female patients. Especially if you consume fried food, and have a sedantary lifestyle.
Next Steps
Avoid coffee, tea. Avoid fried meals. plenty of oral fluids. practice yoga or any form of exercise that is feasible to you. Tab PANTOP 40 mg OD before breakfast in the morning for 10 days. If the pain persist we might need to get an ultrasound done.

Dear Patient, Epigastric pain 2 months after delivery is commonly due to gastritis, acidity, or sometimes gallbladder stones (which are common after pregnancy). Advice: • Avoid spicy/oily food • Take small frequent meals • Avoid tea/coffee on empty stomach • Start PPI (e.g., Pantoprazole before breakfast) after medical advice If pain is severe, radiates to back/right side, associated with vomiting, fever, or yellowing of eyes, get an Ultrasound abdomen done. For proper evaluation and personalized treatment, kindly text me over Practo for full advice and management.
