Hello You probably suffer from a tennis elbow This is due to holding things tightly or doing twisting motion at the wrist Should apply ice twice daily Take DOLO 650 mg twice daily after food Take vitamin D and B12 Can use a tennis elbow support during the daytime Tab TENDOCARE FORTE once daily for a month
Next Steps
If things don’t get better u will need to take a steroid injection at the elbow can start wrist extension exercises and stretching exercises
Health Tips
Hopefully you don’t have neck pain coming down into the arm or this could be because of cervical spondylosis
