Hi, I have been suffering with pain in my ear lately. it worsens during nights. It's been observed that whenever I get exposed to a low temperature like in the evenings or nights it is worsening. Ear and alongside of throat pain severely as I wake up. It is quite unbearable and recurring. I'm afraid I have an infection in my ear. Could you please help me with this?

It is unlike for primary ear pain can occur at particular times and with exposure to cold temperatures. You may be suffering from referred ear pain which gets referred from problems in surrounding area such as temporo Mandibular joint, neck muscles, throat, teeth etc. Treatment depends on identifying cause for your problem
