Pain in ear and ear watering

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I have so much pain in my ear. I have a pimple(phunsee) in it and ear is watering. So brought a drop named TOBRA using this drug from two day there is no watering but pain is as it was. Pleas suggest me best drop or medicine.
