Pain in chest
So im 17 my ex broke up with me thursday.I havent been happy for a while.I cried myself to sleep alot. I heard bad news and came to the conclusion that i dont care anymore.. So i feel fine emotionally,Well i think i do.. But today and yesterday. Ive been waking up with the center of my chest hurting, right where my ribcage meets.i sleep on my side but it feels like ive been sleeping on my back with a physical weight on my chest. The bones feel really tight and hurts to move. why? Is it sadness?
