I am having a pain in chest since 1 year. But no symptoms of any disease, when j take pain killer, there is relief, and no pain generally but pains when I stretch my muscles of arms ,

Hello, Your pain looks like harmless muscular pain. Does not seem to be heart related. Take any muscle relaxant for symptom relief like myospaz forte and give rest to that particular muscle. Take care
