  4. Pain in center of the chest. Pain?

Pain in center of the chest
Having severe pain in center of the chest and it follows to left shoulder, the pain is very deep while lift my left hand. The pain starts at 1.30am till now continues. Is it emergency or normal gastric pain??

As this pain is getting worse on arm movement this is clearly due to musculoskeletal problem and not an emergency, not cardiac.
