My father is facing pain in calves, his calve muscles becomes very hard sometimes . He is overweight and obesed too. Sometimes, he also becomes very irritaive and also faces high fluctuations in blood pressure. He sometimes faces problems like unable to make decisions and faces problems In daily work too and suffers from high body pain.
Frequency of body pain is once in a week and calve pain is daily

Recurrent throbbing pain associated with swelling, discoloration and tightness of calf may indicate Deep vein thrombosis .
Obesity , lack of physical activity/sedentary life style, age >60 , seated for long periods (as in a long flight) are some of the risk factors for the same.
A simple venous Doppler scan of the leg can be done to rule out the same.
Once ruled out he can then be assessed for issues involving the calf muscles themselves or a radiating pain due to arthritis of the knee which is also very common in obese individuals
An examination/ consultation for the affected limb will aid in further diagnosis and treatment
