Pain in both the shoulders

Asked for Male, 55 Years

I have pain in both the shoulders with RS having restricted movement. Stiffness in neck region with some instances of pain in Right ear. Pain is more during night and stiffness and sometimes pain in neck during morning. Sometimes numbness and tingling sensation also observed in both the arms. Pain on the right extends till elbow and is more in the shoulder joint. Sometimes pain is at the back of both ears extending till head. My HB A is 6.5
