Pain in both the eyes with discharge
42 years old female suffering from eye pain with sticky discharge since 5 months,was on medicine from 2 years bt her pain have been aggravated since 5 months the physicians called this to be symptoms of nasur and advised her to get operated.She is also diabetic since 5 years which is undercontrol.I will be very grateful if my query is answered.Thanks

If her nasolacrimal duct is blocked then surgery is the last option. DCR operation is to be done in which an anastomosis is made between lacrimal sac & nasal mucous membrane.  It's not a very tough operation. So nothing to worry about it.
