You are suffering from Digital eye strain which Includes accommodation problem, and dry eye. Follow the 20-20-20 rule, blink frequently, adjust screen brightness and level of screens 10 degrees below eye level. Follow 20 20 20 rule while using screen Close eyes every 20 min for 20 sec ( use reminder in mobile if u forgot in intial days later on u will get habitual) Look at 20 ft distance after every 20 min ( simultaneous with eye closure) Set brightness at lower level Use night mode in screen Stay hydrated Use lubricants 4 times a day Hot fomentation with cotton cloth 2 times a day ( this will increase ur tear secretion by opening ducts)
