I have been suffering from extreme Knee pain and pain in other body parts. I become very week and tired after doing 1 or2 household chores. Is there any suggestions for drinks, syrups or vitamin tablets which I can take to strengthen my bones and improve my overall health and to gain energy..

Hello dear Generalised weakness and fatigue are suggestive of muscle weakness due to long standing vitamin deficiencies. You might have additional symptoms like hair fall, acidity, forgetfulness, cramps etc too. U need to be screened for vitamin deficiencies and repleted accordingly. Regards Dr Vipin Gupta
