My back head is heavy always . I feel my head is heavy always on neck .. I feel like lying now keeping head down on pillow . Not able to walk with this heaviness in head .. my leg aches..my calf muscle and foot really hurts so much that I am not able stand even for minute . I feel like weak in legs and shalky wen I stand feel my body is moving right and left due to pain in leg. Pls help with it . I went to physiotherapy for 10 days .. ultrasound therapy. CPT all no use. Not able to sit on sofa

Greetings,  sorry about the pain and failed treatment by physio. Your suffering from muscle stiffness at various joints including head,  you are moving towards a condition called fibromyalgia.  No to think it as something a bigger issues.   It is due to unbalanced lifestyle (dehydration, lack of proper sleep and poor diet plus no proper exercise regime,etc)
Next Steps
physiotherapy industry has changed a lot unfortunately physiotherapists are not upgraded.  I still advice you to see a physio with knowledge about trigger point therapy and massage and your problem is solved.  in 3 weeks you will feel 60% or more better.  simultaneously hire physio as your personal trainer and get to learn exercise program that helps your balance issues and your life will change and you will regain your confidence back.
