I have this pain in my body, it's hurting me. I want to always move my left leg and hip and anus. My head hurts,it feels heavy especially in left side. My anus area feels heavy and feels like something is there. But sometimes my whole pain goes away if i concentrate on a serious activity.

Where exactly you have pain. Is it in low back region or in the legs. If it is in the low back region you should get an XRAY of LS spine AP and Lateral view
