Little body pain
Recently, I joined the gym on 27 August and went three days per week. From 22 to 26 September, I had a viral infection with fever, cold, and severe cough. From 29 September to 5 October, I took rest from the gym. On 4, 5, and 6 October, I took one capsule of shilajit per day. I started gym workouts again on 6, 7, 8, and 9 October. On 10, 11, and 12 October, I again took shilajit. During the period when I was taking shilajit, I felt very fresh but was unable to sleep at night. For 9–10 days, I slept only about 2 hours per night. From Monday, 13 October to 18 October, I started experiencing muscle and joint pain, and my condition worsened day by day. On 18 October, I visited an MD doctor, who diagnosed me with post-viral arthritis and prescribed high nutrition, including 4–5 tablets of B-complex, multivitamins, calcium, vitamin D, and protein powder for 2 month. Course completed at 22 december. But I feel a little body pain after exercise and observe recovery is not fast Please suggest.
