Pain in blader and penis from 3 months

There is pain in penis and bladder from last 3 months .. the stone was come out two months ago .. there is no stone .. but still there is pain . in urine test all things are normal . Can this is serious problam .which test should i do to recognaise the cause of pain

Do a ultrasound kub and get back..have plenty of fluids...use syrup potrate MB6 two teaspoons three times a day for five days..also use drotin sos if pain...
