  4. Pain in biceps area. Should i use?

I threw the ball with my left hand by moving while of shoulder in turn one vein came over other for the next 4 hrs I was in severe pain but after using warm water something turned and my veins became normal and my 70% pain was over But it has been 15 days it still pains as if swelling is there ,what medication should I use?
