Pain in backside of knee
Dear doctor I have meniscus tear and I have degenerative arthritis(attached MRI report) as well. I am 46 yrs old female housewife and I have pain in backside of knee consulted an orthopaedic surgeon nearby and he suggested conservative methods. Can I rest and do physiotherapy for the same will that be enough doctor. Thanks

Hi Sorry for your problem. I have seen the report and would suggest you follow the same treatment as advised by the doctor. You should not squats and sit crossed leg. You should do quadriceps exercise.
