Pain in back
I have pain in my mid back on the right side since a week , i have taken pain killers and massaged it using pain relief spray . However there is no relief in pain . How can i get rid of my back pain?

This pain might be because of muscle spasm of paraspinal muscles on right side. Do you feel any discomfort in bending forwards..
Next Steps
You may start hot fomentation,  muscle relaxant, analgesic.. You may need to get x ray of back region of not relieved..
