Few months ago I had slipped from bike and got hurt on my tailbone, doctor advised not to have far journey on bikes for a long period of time.again three days back during my swim I got hurt on back side to my hip.journey, constant sitting, standing for longer time is making me uncomfortable.plz suggest me to get rid of this problem as a student I need to go to clg after a few days n have to sit for a prolonged day n stand for a half of the day in labs.
