My young brother is having pain in his backbone from 10 days and also went to doctor and was said to do blood test After test results it shows ESR=40mm(Fallsin 1st hour) ASO=400 iu/ml Positive (N. VIEW. <2 00 iu/ml)

The ESR and ASO titre are high. It could mean an infection and inflammation. He will need anti-inflammatory medications under supervision of an Orthopaedic or Neurospine​ surgeon.
