Pain in back and rt hip
I have pain in right hip joint with sciatica,slr ard60 degrees now but pain is always there.I have pain in lumbosacral area,worse exertion,worse bending.x Ray suspects spondylolisthesis l5-s1.vit d was low..now OK with supplements. Is there a permanent solution to the problem ?

Get MRI done and flexuon/ extension lumbar spine xrays to ascertain slip of  L5 over S1. If spondylolisthesis is there then you can try conservative management or surgical management is always an option
