According to this MRI report, you have slip disc at 2 levels but nothing serious. Proper history is required like since when you are having this pain? What aggravates your pain? Do you have back pain or radiating pain from back to legs?
Next Steps
Take precautions like :- Avoid sitting for long. Keep changing position. Avoid forward bending Avoid lifting weight Avoid sitting on floor and crossed legged sitting

Where do u have pain exactly, leg or hip or lower back pain which radiates to ur whole leg? Needs proper history mam. This MRI doesn't have any serious issues that mandates surgery. Just physiotherapy will do. But i don't think u needed this MRI of lumbosacral spine. Consult if possible.
