In December , i had undergone hemarrhoidectomy.No pain from then yesterday i joined the gym ,today my ano is paining , went to doctor and PR is done no piles are found,but pain is there what happened to me?Should i stop gym

Yes , for a while stop your gym and heavy lifting weights. Straining activities. Increase fibres in your diet. Avoid spicy oily , junk food
