Pain in ankle back bone while sitting
I fell down from bike 2 months before and I had done an X Ray of my left  foot front and back due to swelling. Consulted a physician with the X Ray report and found no fracture or cracks. I took painkillers for 8 days and the pain gone away. Now since last 15 days I feel that when I try to sit on the floor , I feel pain in backside of ankle (near the vein). also when sits for 10-15 mins and while waking up I feel pain in Knee. Feels like muscle sprain. Please advice what medications do I follow.

Looks like you might have sprained ligaments around ankle joint.Due to pain in ankle, your gait might have changed which may be cause of knee pain.Confirmation would require a detailed physical examination and further investigations as per finding of physical examination.I would suggest you to visit nearest orthopaedic surgeon or can consult me on practo.
Health Tips
Alternate hot and cold water packs would be helpful.
