My 20 year old brother has been suffering from abdominal pain since a week, and now little blood also shows up in his stool. He faces severe pain sometimes in the middle of night. What could be the reason? What to give him to eat or drink.? Suggest precautions.

There are many reasons for a 20 year old to have pain of woman. It is better that you consult Surgeon and get him evaluated and also blood in the stool, syndicates some sort of problem like haemorrhoids or Fissure or it can be related to Large intestinal issue. Please consult Surgeon. Let them do a further management.
