Pain in Abdomen
I have a slight pain in upper abdomen, lower right abdomen for past 2 months, and some times near navel. Is it due to ab exercises i do ? Also 2 months ago while feces (excretion) I had put some pressure to excrete and it some what back fired and had a pain. I went to a nearby general physician he gave some medicine due to which the pain got subsided but third day i again felt some pain. He again gave me some medicine for 3 days and said if pain does not subside then will have to do sonography and might be related to Kidney. Also i am having some lower back pain for last 6-7 days(specially during night). Please help me out with proper diagnosis asap.

All complaints u r telling r suggesting that u have constipation due to which u r having pain at anal region probably because of swelling at that region. That's why u r having pain and hesitancy while passing motion. This could be due to acidity because of indigestion. U can consult ayurvedic physician for medicines, he will give u laxatives, antacids as well as digestion improving  medicines after examining locally. If untreated this can cause piles or fissures. Start taking high fibre diet. Avoid spicy, deep fried,  saulty items. Avoid  pulses, sprouts in excess. Avoid heavy dinner and late night sleep. Take 2 tsf of desi ghee at night with worm milk . If u r having pain on right side of abdomen which is radiating  and burning micturation or uti, then those complaints will be related to renal calculli. In that case do sonography and consult ur physician  for medicines.

Hello there. I can understand your concern . Do you have constipation issues? You see there could be a lot of causes for the pain abdomen. And for it a clinical examination and some tests will be required. Kindly consult a general surgeon in person and also get a sonography done. As of now take a cap. Pan -L once a day half an hour before food. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain.
