Frequent urination with a feeling of incomplete bladder emptying can be due to a urine infection, bladder irritation, diabetes, or less commonly a pelvic/abdominal issue. A urine routine test and ultrasound abdomen/pelvis may help identify the cause.
Next Steps
Feel free to book a consultation so we can discuss the complete treatment plan in detail

A hardened abdomen for one month combined with constant urge to urinate, waking up 4-5 times at night, and backache in a 26-year-old woman needs proper evaluation. This combination could point to a uterine fibroid or ovarian cyst pressing on the bladder, a urinary tract infection, or another pelvic cause — all of which need to be ruled out.
Next Steps
Get a urine routine and culture test done first, followed by an ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis. Also do a pregnancy test to rule that out. Feel free to consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.
