Pain in abdomen and testicle. Ending?

I'm 24 years old and male. I had right side lower abdomen pain and right testicle pain on movements. I took ultrasound scan scrutum and for other parts as well. Doctor manually checked and confirmed physically and said no issues. 40 days Before the start of pain I did something wrong(inserted foreign body into anus). I confessed that to doctor and doctor give medicine. They are Rantac 150, Repelif 8, Doxy-1 L-Dr Forte. On 3rd day of taking medicine, I went through about bacterial prostitis and its symptoms. I had almost all except fever, vomit, and pain in ejaculation. To test wheather I have pain while ejaculation, I maturbated, I feel the orgasum but no sperm came but I felt like come. After that I started to get pain in middle abdomen which I didn't have before. I poured warm water on that area Felt better. Next day I'm felling the same pain. I'm I trouble? What happens next? Will it leads to dangerous ending? Pls help me out. And also please state am I in the correct path to cure.
