My wisdom t. caused trauma to a muscle/joint every time I opened my mouth. Even months after the tooth was removed, it still hurts when I open my mouth. Oral surgeon said that the muscle must be inflamed. He told me to take 2000mg of ibuprofen/day for 12 days. There is NO way I'm doing that to my stomach! My oral surgeon lives far away. What to do?
