Pain from neck to palm in both hands

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I am having pain from neck to palm of both hands. It was only on one side in the morning now it has grown to both the sides and is very discomforting. I had a painkiller but did not have any benefit. I am having loose motions too.

Loose motion leads to dehydration, loss of water and bodyache, pains all over the body Take Paracetamol 500 mg twice a day along with Metrogyl 200 mg twice a day for 3 days Lots of water and ORS types of liquids no fats or heavy foods
