Pain even after Orchidopexy
Hi, im 24 years old. I had Orchidopexy last year in September. It has been 1 year since surgery but I still have pain in my scrotum behind the right testis. I have mild pain on the stitches on the right testis too i guess. Problem started with a history of repeated epidydemo orchitis. It happend thrice in 2 years and lead to my testicles flipping and rotating inside scrotum. It would fix itself on its own after flipping. The top portion of testis used to go down and tail portion used to come up. Because of this I used to have sharp pain throughout the day and 5-7 days a week. The last option given was Orchidopexy which i went through. Most of the problems are resolved but I still have pain on some occasions. The pain usually goes toward the groin. I do not have pain in testis though. Please help.

It could be some trivial issue. Since it is not causing too much trouble try taking a dolo 650 when you have pain. However we need to examine to find cause.
Next Steps
Please get a repeat consultation from operating surgeon. He will be the best person to seek help from.

When u have pain that time get Ultrasound done to know the possible cause It's likely that recurrent previous infection might be the cause due to adhesion etc.
