Hey! I get a lot many cramps and pain in whole body during periods. Can you recommend something natural to get relief from it?

If u hv cramps during ur periods u could be having endometriosis. So u need to do an ultrasound pelvis to rule out ny cysts , endometriosis etc. U cn do hot fomentation and take chocolates to decrease pain
