Pain some times cramps

Asked for Male, 33 Years

I have undergone unilateral right salphingectomy on may 2023 due to ectopic pregnancywe are trying fir pregnancy.. I have regular periods of 28th cycle... today is my due date for periods.. that is 28th day..no periods had occur. one week before sometimes slight cramps sometimes right abdomen pain sometimes left abdomen pain.. feeling tired... occurs... is this sign of pregnancy.. or this is the sign of periods
