Pain due to slip disc
I have slip disc for 8 years. I have been fine for 2-3 years. However when ever I fall down. Pain becomes intense suddenly. My feet goes dead. And the nerve in my leg becomes stiff. What should I do?

Hello there Bcos of PIVD you have developed the sciatic symptoms Sciatica is a symptom...which undernotes a pathology,it can be a problem with your lumbar spine or with deep muscles of your buttocks. 1) do you get pain when you bend forwards or backwards? 2)do you have a history of lifting weight prior to this pain and tingling in your leg? 3)have you taken xray/mri of your lower back? 4)since how many months this new pain is there? Please get back to answer for these questions Dont worry sciatica is not a major problem as such but ofcourse you cannot igonre it too. Regards.
