Hi doctor I am having pain that is radiating from diaphragm area right side to upper chest mainly underarm and then upper back. No other symptoms. this problem was since December which was settle down after course of d3,
b12 and vonoprazan. also doctor said no need of mri as mentioned by radiologist in ultrasound. now problem reoccur from last 2 weeks please advise.
