  4. Pain Constant. Something heart related?

Pain Constant
Having constant pain in left arm and chest. I am 16 years old. No family history of heart related problems. Have done an X-Ray, came clear as well as an Electrocardiogram, which came clear. I have severe anxiety. Is it something heart related? As well as having shoulder/neck pain.

Dear patient Since your ecg and chest X-ray are normal it looks like it is less of a cardiac issue. Are you stressed or rather worried/tensed about anything in your life right now? The anxiety you’ve mentioned is suggestive of some sort of psychological stress. Kindly meet a psychologist/ counsellor. I’m sure they’ll help you.
