Pain in neck and below it , had from few days applied moov...however still the pain is not gone...please advise

There might be muscle spasm and nerve compression. Better u meet he Physiotherapist who can release ur soft tissue and adjust ur spine. Also improve ur posture and start neck strengthening exercises
