Pain below lower abdomen.

Hi, I'm a teen. Sometimes the area beneath my lower abdomen hurts, it's like something causes a sharp pain and then there's blunt pain for a while. It comes maybe once in 3 or 4 weeks but it's horrible when it happens, it hurts even when I move my leg. Once or twice my my pee has been hot
