Pain at the end of peeing

Earlier I was taking a nap, I had to use the bathroom bad but I was partially asleep and did not want to get up, so I put my hand on my vagina to cause pressure so the urge would go away. When I woke up, I used the bathroom and just felt like I wasn’t done. The second time I used the bathroom it hurt while I was almost finish and I continue to have the urge that Iam not done, when I wiped, it was a little blood and my urine was light colored but slightly cloudy. Haven’t had sex in almost 2 weeks
