Pain at start of urination

Asked for Male, 22 Years

Pain at start of urination and nothing else prostate normal in usg, urine culture and urine routine normal but in cbc my lymphocytes are 54percent and i go for montoux test it is positive with 22×22 after 48 hours is there any linked with painful urination .. according to report i have tb but i have no symptoms of tb what to do should i for IGRA test for tb?? Tell me
