Pain at head of penis (circular part)

Asked for Male, 22 Years

Sudden pain comes at head of penis when urine flow reach the head through urethra during urination and at that time i feel pain ... I feel like pain will increase if i release my urination.. so to overcome pain i slowly release urine.. help me No infection in urine, body, no kidney stone as have done every test.. urine culture and routine and ultrasound ... I don't know why i feel pain should i go for mri?? Please give me ur valuable help..
