  4. Pain at chest. Why this pain occurs?

Pain at chest
I experience random pain at left side of chest area. Pain sometime feels like needle prickle. Went for ECG, 2D Echo, TMT test which shows negative result. Why this pain occurs?

Considering normal 2D Echo ECG and TMT you don't seem to have cardiac disease . It may be musculoskeletal . Get a chest X Ray if that is also normal and If pain is bothersome see a spine surgeon
