Pain around prostate area

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I feel heaviness in my upper right side of the penis bend and its somewhere around my prostate (i am not sure but its inner center of penis and scrotum joining ). Sometimes i feel like there is lump over there.I feel tickling in right thigh. The heaviness hurts sometime at the end of urination . This problem exist for past 3 months. Someone please assist me?
