Yes, it can be treated by physiotherapy. You can take intermittent pelvic traction and interferential therapy for 10 days followed by back stretching and strengthening exercises. Exercises should be continued for 3 months for best results.

Visit nearby physiotherapy clinic and take electrotherapy and traction for 3 weeks. 10 days bed rest. hot pack twice a day at home will be helpfull.

Ur MRI shows disc degeneration and herniation at levels of lumbar spine.pls visit nearby physiotherapy clinic and take electrical modalities to get relief from pain. After reducing the pain exercises will be prescribed by Physiotherapist, follow those atleast for few months

According to MRI report u r having disc bulges in  multiple level of lumbar spine region. Although sm more information and clinical diagnosis required, but physiotherapy can definately help u with this issue...

Sir physiotherapy will be surely benificial in This case. Visit ur nearby physio clinic . You need electro therapy. That will be done in the clinic.
