If you do not have nasal symptoms such as nasal obstruction or nasal discharge then it's likely to be tension type headache. Sinus headache can also present similarly if there is isolated frontal sinusitis. Direct nose examination followed by diagnostic nasal endoscopy can confirm the diagnosis
