It's been 2 months I'm having pain on my collarbone edge near the neck. It's not at a particular point I don't feel it on the bone but i feel it while i press and move fingers around it.there's no swelling no redness no bump.Maybe it could be a tendon pain

Based on your explanation of your symptoms, i guess you are experiencing pain in the sternoclavicular joint.
Please answer the following questions
1) is the pain on one side or both the sides
2) is the pain more around your periods?
3) do you have pain in any other joints?
4) any trauma or fever?
5) are you a known case of thyroid, Diabetes or HTN?
6) loss of appetite or weight loss?
7) is the pain more in the morning?
This kind of pain is most commonly seen in inflammatory conditions.
