Pain and watery eye

Asked for Female, 15 Years

My left eye has been watering all day long. My top lid has swelled and it is a purple/pink colour. the inside of my lower eye lid is also red, it is reder than the other lid. I have severe pain on my eye, my vision is distorted and my nose is runny. What could this be?
